1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Protego's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Protego's brand protection services for personal or commercial brand monitoring purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose other than brand protection, or attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Protego's platform.
3. Service Description
Protego provides AI-powered brand protection services including but not limited to: brand monitoring across digital platforms, detection of unauthorized brand usage, automated takedown request processing, and analytics reporting. Service availability and features may vary based on your subscription plan.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Protego immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Limitation of Liability
Protego shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
